Training that shows up on the job.
OSHA Outreach courses, emergency-care certification, equipment operator training, and instruction built around your workplace, taught by people who have done the work.
Three kinds of credential. No confusion.
OSHA Outreach card
The official OSHA 10- or 30-Hour completion card, issued through the OSHA Outreach Training Program once all course requirements are met. Outreach is hazard-awareness training. It does not replace job-specific training that OSHA standards require.
Certification card
The card issued by the named certifying program after the student passes its knowledge and skills requirements. Each course listing names the program and how long the card is valid.
Tenet certificate of completion
A certificate and roster for everything else, showing who was trained, on what, when, and by whom. It is a training record, not a government credential.
