Identify. Correct. Educate.
Most safety problems come from guessing at the exposure, writing programs nobody follows, or training that ends at the sign-in sheet. We work all three, in that order.

Identify.
We get the facts first. A gap analysis of what applies and what is missing, measurements of noise, air, and respirator fit, and a hard look at the site. Spending on controls before you know the exposure is how budgets disappear.
Testing →
Correct.
Then we build what the data calls for. Written programs, site plans, and corrective action plans that match how your work gets done.
Programs →
Educate.
Last, we put it in people's hands. A program only works if the crew knows it, and a card only matters if the class meant something.
Training →Clear scope. Clear price. Clear deliverables.
Tell us what's due.
The site, the headcount, the deadline, and any owner or GC requirements.
Get it in writing.
A proposal with scope, price, schedule, deliverables, and assumptions.
Lock the date.
Sign the service order. 50% of the fee confirms your date. The balance is due by the first class day for training, and before the final report for all other work. Travel and lodging are booked by the client directly.
We deliver.
The work gets done, and the records, reports, cards, and programs come to you organized for whoever asks next.
The work, on paper.
Three sample documents for a fictional client, marked as samples on every page. Same format, same level of detail as client work.

what's due.
