How TENET STANDARD handles the information you share with us.

Who we are
This website is operated by Tenet EHS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as TENET STANDARD ("TENET STANDARD," "we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect through tenetstandard.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form, we collect what you enter, including your name, company, email address, phone number, site location, and details about the work, such as course, headcount, dates, or citation information.
Information about your visit. The site uses your browser's storage to record your first landing page, the site that referred you, the visit time, and campaign tags such as utm_source. It also notes the current page and campaign tags during a visit. These details are sent with any form you submit. First-visit information is reused for up to 90 days and replaced on a later visit after that. It stays in your browser until it is replaced or you clear it. This is separate from hosting logs and from information third-party services receive.
Technical information and providers. Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical request information such as your IP address.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and prepare a proposal
- To schedule and deliver services you buy from us
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring in requests
- To keep records required for the services we deliver
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the website and deliver email, including our hosting provider, Hostinger, which receives form submissions and sends them to our inbox. They may use the information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for 24 months after our last contact, unless it becomes part of a client record, and records of services delivered for as long as the law or the client agreement requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing connect@tenetstandard.com. We may need to verify your request, and we keep records the law or a service agreement requires. Clearing your browser's site data removes the stored visit information from that browser. It does not delete anything you already submitted.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
