Water Management Buildings. Utilities. Compliance.
Legionella water management programs for hospitals and buildings, and compliance for the people who run water systems. We build the program, test that it works, and keep the records ready for the surveyor.
Three programs. One water system.
Every proposal spells out the scope for your site. Here is the general shape.
Legionella water management
A written program built to ASHRAE 188 and the CDC toolkit. We map your water systems, set control points and limits, and write the corrective action for every reading that falls outside them.
Testing and verification
Temperature, disinfectant, and Legionella sampling on a set plan, analyzed by an accredited lab. Every result is trended and every exceedance is closed out.
Water system compliance
Compliance audits, permit and reporting calendars, and the safety programs for the people who operate water and wastewater systems.
CMS requires hospitals, critical access hospitals, and nursing homes to have a water management program that reduces the risk of Legionella. Surveyors ask to see the program, the testing, and the corrective actions behind it.
Data centers, hotels, and any building with cooling towers, hot tubs, or decorative fountains carry the same risk. In hospitals the program runs with Infection Prevention, and we build it that way, with IP at the table from the first walk.
Data centers run cooling towers and closed-loop systems dosed with glycol, corrosion inhibitors, and biocides. We cover the Legionella risk in the towers and the chemical side of the closed loop, from safety data sheets and handling to spill response and Tier II reporting, working alongside your water treatment vendor or in-house team.
Signs it's time
- Your data center runs cooling towers or a treated closed-loop cooling system.
- A survey is coming and the water management program is out of date.
- A Legionella result came back positive.
- Construction or a shutdown left water standing in the pipes.
What you walk away with.
- A written water management program with system flow diagrams
- Control limits, a testing plan, and corrective actions
- Sampling results trended and ready for the surveyor
- An annual program review with your team

We compare what applies to your site with what you have on file, and price what it takes to close each gap.
