Services are governed by your agreement
Services are provided only under a written proposal and a signed service order. Those documents, not this website, set the scope, price, schedule, deliverables, and terms of any engagement.
Credentials and certifications
Course descriptions identify the credential each class provides. OSHA Outreach cards are issued by the Department of Labor through the OSHA Outreach Training Program. Certification cards are issued under the certifying program. Employers remain responsible for the certifications and authorizations that regulations assign to them.
Intellectual property
We own or license the content and design of this site, except materials identified as belonging to others. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. You may share links and use the site to evaluate our services. Other reuse needs permission, except as the law allows.
